(C) Must have been a preview they showed, a (D)small dirt road, (E)
Green (E/B)meadows, the (Am)sky an unbelievable blue. (D7/4) (D7)
(G) I saw a young girl, (B7)maybe eight or ten, (Em)dressed for a cold day. (Am7)
(C) She was in a wheelchair, (D) a woolen blanket covering her (E)legs,
And there (E/B)was a little dog, a mongrel I am (Am)sure. (D7/4) (D7)
And the (G)little girl was laughing,
(Em) Smiling, laughing, (C) rolling down the road, (G/B) (Am)
And the (D)little dog was running circles around the (G)wheelchair,
(C)Wagging its tail, (Am)running, running, (Am7) jumping for joy. (D)

I did not put on the sound, (B7) I did not want to (Em)spoil the moment, (Am7)
I (C)did not need to see more than that (D)precious minute (E)

(Am7) And all the (C)worries of the world were (D)gone for a good long while,
(E) All because of a (E/B)young girl in a wheelchair
(Am) And her little dog (D7/4) and the (D7)happiness I (G)saw.

Why no free uploads? I cover songs. Register them with the German music rights agency GEMA. They hopefully reimburse the artists. The tax authorities demand that I make (not lose) a little money each year......more
